Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It has such an excellent mix of services and a great room. Breakfast is one of the best in Bahrain and the barber shop team were amazing. I also love the views from Alto on the 25th floor and the pool is lovely.

Negative: I asked about taking a holding amount on my card at check-in but was told no need. I knew what was coming and sure enough when I tried to pay for a drink at the pool and my massage I needed my card as could not charge to my room. I think this should always be made clear on arrival as I would have found paying much easier.

Summary: Would highly recommend for a stay with a hotel and team that delivers.
